Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to start a trial?

No. Your 30-day trial starts the moment you sign up with your Microsoft account. No credit card required until you're ready to activate a paid plan.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your account is automatically suspended at day 30. Your data is preserved — just activate a plan to pick up exactly where you left off. You won't lose anything.

What counts as an active deal?

Any deal in progress — Draft through to Sent. Won, Lost, and Archived deals don't count toward your limit, so your history is always preserved.

Can I change plans?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How does Microsoft SSO work?

Your team signs in with their existing Microsoft 365 accounts — no separate passwords. Any Microsoft 365 business account works, regardless of which organisation it belongs to.

Is my data isolated from other MSPs?

Completely. Every tenant's data is isolated at the database level using Row Level Security. It's architecturally impossible for one MSP to see another's data.

What RMM and PSA platforms do you support?

Growth and Enterprise plans support ConnectWise, Autotask, NinjaRMM, and Datto at launch. Additional platforms will be added based on customer demand.
